Artwork and Logo Setup
Artwork Guidelines
To get the best results, please send us your logo or artwork in the highest resolution you have.
- Preferred formats: Vector files (.ai or .eps) are ideal.
- Other formats: High-resolution JPEGs or PNGs usually work fine for embroidery.
- Print: For printing, we may need the original vector file. If you don’t have it, your logo designer should be able to provide one.
We handle embroidery digitisation in-house (small one-off fee).
If a vector file isn’t available, we can arrange this through our graphic designer for a small one-off fee.
Upon receipt of your order we will setup your logo/artwork and send this to you for your approval.
Don’t worry – if we need anything extra from you, we’ll let you know before production starts.
