Return Policy

Incorrect or Faulty Goods

Customer satisfaction is very important to us at Blue Piranha, and we will always do our best to put things right.

  • If you have received the wrong item(s) or your order is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • Any shortages must be reported within 24 hours of collection or delivery.

If you wish to return goods for any other reason, we kindly ask that you organise the return of the items.

Returnable Items

  • Please contact us by phone (0808 1750505 or email (office@bluepiranha.co.uk)) with your order number to hand.
  • We will confirm the return process with you.
  • Items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging.
  • Once your goods have been received and checked, we will arrange a replacement or refund within 5 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We cannot accept returns on customised or personalised garments unless they are faulty. For this reason, please check your designs carefully before confirming your order.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on PPE unless the items are faulty.

Please Note

  • All return requests must be made in writing within 28 days of receiving your order. Please do not return any items without contacting us first at sales@bluepiranha.co.uk .
  • Some brands may be subject to a handling fee.
  • Once this period has passed, items cannot be returned unless faulty.
